Regional Payroll Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll calculation and preparing the monthly payments;
  • Calculate final monthly time sheets, overtime, vacations, sick leave.
  • Monthly reporting on personnel costs and payroll;
  • Legal declaration;
  • Keep informed on new legislation, collective bargaining agreements and local rules to be applied on payroll
  • Process illness declarations and certificates 

Additional responsibilities:

  • Update regularly the payroll rule book
  • Give explanations on payslip to employees, managers
  • Have  regular meetings with HR community and with Central Payroll team 
  • Be an active member of central payroll team by demonstrating flexibility on different payroll system in place and by participating in new projects 
  • Improve processes in place 
  • Be familiar with HRIS tools in place (ex : Workday)

Qualifications:

  • University degree;
  • Experience in payroll calculation more than 1 year;
  • ADP work experience - mandatory;
  • Organized and reliable person, with focus on details;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Good MS Office skills.
