JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Payroll calculation and preparing the monthly payments;
- Calculate final monthly time sheets, overtime, vacations, sick leave.
- Monthly reporting on personnel costs and payroll;
- Legal declaration;
- Keep informed on new legislation, collective bargaining agreements and local rules to be applied on payroll
- Process illness declarations and certificates
Additional responsibilities:
- Update regularly the payroll rule book
- Give explanations on payslip to employees, managers
- Have regular meetings with HR community and with Central Payroll team
- Be an active member of central payroll team by demonstrating flexibility on different payroll system in place and by participating in new projects
- Improve processes in place
- Be familiar with HRIS tools in place (ex : Workday)
Qualifications:
- University degree;
- Experience in payroll calculation more than 1 year;
- ADP work experience - mandatory;
- Organized and reliable person, with focus on details;
- Strong communication skills;
- Advanced level of English;
- Good MS Office skills.
