Supply Chain Scheduler

Responsibilities:

  • Manage consolidation & analysis of PL SIOP & capacity across PL sites in order to secure production and customer demand.

  • Liaise with Sales & Site SIOP/MPS planners to ensure accurate, latest customer forecasts available & considered in MPS & SIOP & MTP horizon.

  • Communication and coordination with each of the PL site Supply Chain functions in relation to production performance & restricted/critical capacity.

  • Monitoring & supporting Logistics Red Alerts, participate in daily material shortages reviews of PL sites.

  • Coordinate the logistics activities performed by SC PTM on Product Line multi-sites new projects or transfers: Follow-up the key project activities.

  • Ensure efficient and effective delivery of Supply Chain PTM  activities across the DVS Projects Portfolio.

  • Escalate any risk to the PL Industrial, launch follow-up activity, drive - or participate in - Task Forces in case of supply, industrial crisis.

  • Check consistency of site supply chain budget (Net inventory over Sales, CSR,) with PG supply chain objectives.

  • Perform OJT across PL sites ensuring adherence to standards and procedures.

  • Make proposals for Continuous Process Improvement.

Educations/training:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent, added by the BASICS from APICS certification.

Professional Experience:

  • 2 years Supply Chain experience.

Transversal Competences:

  • Result orientation, interpersonal skills, communication, team player, international mindset, problem solving and being able to work in a dynamic environment.
