Job Description Qualifications:

For more than 80 years, Boeing Poland Sp. z o.o. (former Jeppesen, a Boeing Company) have made it possible for pilots and their passengers to safely and efficiently reach their destinations. Our department divided in teams of about 20-30 people in size works on different geo-coverages and gives you a unique opportunity to get familiar with aviation data from many countries.

We are currently looking for looking for  Navigation Information Analyst INTERNS (Geospatial Technician), (Summer Program) to join our teams in Gdańsk office.

Position Overview:

  • Acquire, analyze, compile, evaluate and review geospatial and/or aeronautical navigation data.
  • Exploit, extract, format, manipulate, and symbolize geospatial information.
  • Utilize standardized checklists, work instructions and  documentation to ensure consistent quality of products.

You will be part of a highly qualified and experienced team working on the navigation products used by airline operators.

We believe you will bring a strong analytical approach to problem solving, good communication skills, interest for technology as well as human relations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Creating and updating electronically designed aviation products with relevant aeronautical data.
  • Collecting, processing, and analyzing aeronautical data on the basis of available sources of information.
  • Receive considerable technical direction, training and guidance from peers and superiors as required or requested.
  • Perform data clean-ups.
  • Document your work in English.

Required Qualifications (Experience/Education/Skills):

Preferred Qualifications (Experience/Education/Skills):

  • Education in aviation, geography, geodesy, navigation or related field will be a plus.
  • Flexibility/ability to work in dynamic environment.
  • GIS, CAD or other graphical software suits skills
