Job Description:
The job holder will lead the business operations of the Metallic Material ConBid reporting to the Integrated Metallic Material Management (IM3) leader and ConBid manager (ConBid is a procurement process & tool enabling Airbus Consolidated purchasing strategy & operations for the metallic materials for Airbus group plants, subs, and whole supply chain).

Your challenges:

Ensure, with various internal functions including suppliers, on-time, on-quality material forecast and delivery according to ConBid process, while protecting material availability for Airbus supply chain & plants and respecting Airbus contractual commitment

Lead the deployment of new functionalities developed (ConBid 2.0) within the transformation project IM3.

Work on business processes & lead business operations to make the transformation fully robust and sustainable, this with internal stakeholders and the suppliers

Lead future ConBid transformation preparation for next step transformation implementation within PMMx MFTs

En tant que membre de cette équipe, vous allez diriger les opérations de la ConBid des matériaux métalliques et vous relèverez du chef de la gestion intégrée des matériaux métalliques (IM3) et du gestionnaire de la ConBid. (ConBid est un processus et un outil d’approvisionnement qui permet à Airbus Consolidated de mettre en place une stratégie et des opérations d’achat pour les matériaux métalliques pour les usines, les sous-marins et l’ensemble de la chaîne d’approvisionnement du groupe Airbus)
Vos challenges:

S’assurer avec les différents services internes y compris les fournisseurs, de la ponctualité, de la qualité des prévisions et de la livraison des matériaux conformément au processus ConBid. Tout en protégeant la disponibilité des matériaux pour la chaîne d’approvisionnement et les usines d’Airbus et en respectant l’engagement contractuel d’Airbus

Diriger le déploiement des nouvelles fonctionnalités développées (ConBid 2.0) au sein du projet de transformation IM3.

Travailler sur les processus commerciaux et superviser les opérations commerciales afin de rendre la transformation entièrement robuste et durable, en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et les fournisseurs.
