Marketing / Experiential Marketing Manager

Tasks

The Experiential Marketing Manager will develop and implement the overall strategy to increase 
awareness, enhance customer experiences, leverage partnerships and support brand positioning 
as well as management of annual experiential marketing department budget. 

 

National Events

  • Define and implement national events annual plan, including e.g.: Porsche World Road 
    Show, motor shows, exhibitions, product launch events, Porsche Golf Cup events as 
    well as community, driving, motorsport and other experiential marketing programs.
  • Execute PBR events in time, within the outlined budget and according to the 
    guidelines
  • Define event objectives and KPIs and elaborate post event reports
  • Ensure all data capture opportunities are maximized at events
  • Bring new ideas and new formats in the experiential marketing area
  • Organize attendance on international launch events
  • Support with communication content for internal and external purposes (e.g. Social 
    Media)
  • Manage initiatives with Influencers/Partners esp. for local content production
  • Coordinate together with the communication manager the events communication plan  

 

Dealer Events

  • Define and implement national dealer launch events and launch activities at the dealer
  • Monitor and support Dealer Network marketing events in order to ensure Porsche 
    Brand guidelines
  • Work with the Porsche Dealer Network to identify key local events within their specific 
    territory that will give maximum exposure to the Porsche brand and generate qualified 
    leads
  • Ensure a proper coordination and documentation of dealer marketing events. Measure 
    KPIs accordingly 

 

Porsche Customer Groups

  •  Maintain communication between Headquarter, Subsidiary and Porsche Club Brazil
  •  Coordinate joint event activities with the Porsche Club Brazil, ensuring brand 
    standards are maintained
  • Develop a strategy for Porsche Customer Groups in Brazil according to brand 
    guidelines 
  • Support Porsche Club events to enhance customer experiences 

 

Fleet Management

  • Manage the fleet of the subsidiary
  • Ensure that fleet cars are in perfect conditions for usage in Marketing and PR activities
  • Implement a fleet management system according to fleet processes
  • Manage the booking calendar of fleet cars 
  • Coordinate repairs with the workshop
  • Coordinate, train and develop fleet material
  • Manage Fleet Renewal Plan 

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant areas 
  • MBA considered a plus

 

Experience

  •  > 8 years experience in Experiential Marketing
