Your challenges?

You will work on production equipment introduction
-
You will follow equipment or assembly lines development with the supplier
-
You will define the acceptance criteria for new equipment or line
-
You will perform pre acceptance and acceptance of the equipment, trials on the lines and deliver reports
-
You will built action plans and follow up, sou will set up equipment and propose process validation plan
-
You will propose improvement & do survey of the performance of equipments, and always in mind, optimisation
-
You will work on cycle time reduction to optimize investments, material & labor costs
-
You will support production technician training, analysis, problem solving)
-
You will validate any change of standard proposed by sites
-
You lead daily operation of your perimeter in molding APU such as continuous, improvement, mold setting & debugging, start-up, processing, troubleshooting and problem solving in respect to the objectives assigned by the APU Manager, and spend most of time on the shop floor

.You identify lean continuous improvement on cycle time times, change over, scraps, quality, material costreduction to existing process related to current product lines with regard to the cost, quality, design.

You are graduated from a Engineering degree in this field

Ideally, you already have experience in this field

You have a fluent level of English

Japanese language would be an asset

You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

An automotive experience is a plus
