Position: Intern (part-time 50%)
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
Duration: 6 months
The successful candidate will be able to:
Accounting:
- Manage the review of all employee expenses, advance reports (maintenance of a register of documents, verification of supporting documents, communication with the company employees in case of any errors, etc.); reflection of advance reports in 1C
- Ensuring accurate and timely receipt of primary accounting documents from suppliers; sorting, filing them;
- Preparation of documents related to fixed assets and integrable assets (print all form from 1C, signature collection, sorting, etc.)
- Preparation of documents related to writing of low-value assets, reflection of all transactions in 1C;
- Supporting the Finance department with ad-hoc;
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor`s degree in Accounting
- 1+ year of experience in Finance;
- 1C
- Extensive MS Office skills;
- Pre and higher level of English;
- Organized and capable of multitasking
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
