Head of Network Qualification

Tasks

The Head of Network Qualification is responsible for driving "People Excellence" across the Porsche Dealership Network in Brazil through the development and implementation of the Qualification Strategy aligned with the overall business strategy. 

Future Learning & Job Roles

  • Explore and investigate innovative training solutions for the continuous improvement of programs and learning outcomes.
  • Understand talent analysis and provide metrics to proactively identify learning gaps and implement innovative and sustainable qualification measures.
  • Analyse all existing competency profiles that meet changes in customer expectations, evaluate and adapt existing roles to support future network requirements (i.e., new customer contact formats).
  • Identify new learning trends and implement new formats, methods, and demands to proactively identify gaps and design future-oriented, effective, and market-specific learning programs. 

Strategy and Hand In of Training

  • Develop and implement the global qualification strategy in the areas of Product Training, Sales and After-Sales Processes, Technical and Non-Technical Training, as well as HR Programs for the Porsche Dealership Network.
  • Consolidate and coordinate the financial planning of the department, based on the future development of training requirements, monitoring, and monthly internal reporting.
  • Conduct regular training needs analyses to determine the best solutions for the local dealership network.
  • Adapt global brand programs to local needs and integrate them into all training and qualification measures.
  • Manage all resource and capacity planning for the delivery of training initiatives (people, facilities, resources, suppliers, partners, etc.) 

Management of Vendors and Relationship

  • Develop strategic relationships with dealership management and middle management.
  • Act as a Change Agent to support appropriate communication measures for qualification and learning changes.
  • Develop and leverage international strategic relationships with Porsche Training Managers from other markets.
  • Partner with dealerships and external stakeholders to identify training and adaptation needs for business requirements.
  • Develop, manage, and leverage strategic partnerships with consultants and external vendors 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development programs.
  • Proven experience in training needs analysis and solution implementation.
  • Proven experience in effectively managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in people leadership.
  • Highly developed English, communication, and integration skills.
  • Knowledge of LMS systems.
  • Understanding of learning processes and qualification programs.
  • Understanding of the Porsche brand and customers.
  • Experience working with KPI measures, including talent analysis based on competency
    profiles.
  • Strong event and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and develop people.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and time effectively; capable of adapting to changes in priorities/workload quickly and enthusiastically.
  • Creative problem-solving ability; encourage innovation.
  • Experience in the automotive segment.
