Group Cybersecurity Governance Manager

Your challenges:

Under the responsibility of the Group Cybersecurity GRC Director, you will be in charge of the Cybersecurity Governance for the whole group.

Accountability :

  • Write/update the Cybersecurity Policies

    • Create/update the Cybersecurity policies in accordance with the Cybersecurity strategy,  standards, regulations, best practices and/or needs, taking into account Valeo environment (organization, evolutions, methodology, tools)

    • Manage the corresponding documentation organization and publication

    • Ensure their deployment and knowledge by the relevant people

  • Write/update the Cybersecurity processes

    • Create/update the Cybersecurity processes in accordance with the Cybersecurity Policies

    • Implement and deploy the processes taking into account Valeo organization, evolutions, methodology, tools

    • Manage the corresponding documentation organization and publication

    • Provide the training supports and organize the training of the different users

    • Enhance the processes in a continuous improvement strategy

  • Define and organize the Cybersecurity awareness and phishing campaigns

    • Suggest the awareness strategy

    • Create, organize translations and deploy the modules needed for the yearly awareness campaigns. Ensure the completion of the campaigns and provide corresponding KPIs

    • Create, organize translations and deploy the Cybersecurity TIPs. Create/provide the corresponding KPIs

    • Suggest phishing campaign strategy

    • Create, organize translations and regularly launch phishing campaigns. Create/provide the corresponding KPIs

Responsibility :

  • Follow the deployment of the Cybersecurity organization

    • Follow the recruitment plan

    • Provide the corresponding KPIs

  • Follow the Cybersecurity team skills

    • Provide the corresponding KPIs

    • Suggest needed trainings/certifications when relevant

    • Create specific Cybersecurity modules when needed

Let’s talk about you:

  • You have a Master’s degree in Computer Science and/or Cybersecurity

  • You have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity, particularly in governance and are familiar with the corresponding standards (e.g. ISO 2700x, NIST, NIS…), being ISO 27001/27002 certified is a plus

  • You speak French and English fluently

  • You are recognized for your :
