A great opportunity has become available to join Boeing Poland as a Expert Electrical Systems Design Engineer (Wire Design).

This position can work in a hybrid model (3 days office work/ 2 days remote work) or, after a trial period, remotely.You start work from 7 - 10 AM CET.

Join our team in Rzeszów or in locations such as: Gdansk/ Warsaw.

Profile Description:

  • The work will support Boeing’s full suite of commercial aircraft and covers modification work, retrofit, new design and product support. This is critical work to keep us at the forefront of aerospace engineering and innovation.

Position Responsibilities:

  •     Develops wiring documentation of aircraft design.
  •     Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements.
  •     Assists in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.
  •     Solves problems concerning wiring part over the entire product lifecycle.
  •     Researches specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs.
  •     Checking documentation developed by other team members.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Aerospace or other higher technical education for qualification related to the development, manufacturing or operation of electrical/electronics systems.
  • 5+ years engineering work experience in Aerospace.
  •  Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals, principles and methods in system layout development, component design
  •  Knowledge of normative documentation for the design of electrical system components in aviation.
  •  Familiarity with the main principles of data preparation and documentation used in aviation production (FAA, EASA).
  •  Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD/CAM) tools and systems (CATIA)- or convergent.
  • Ability to qualify the development and design of electrical system equipment architecture.
  • Practical experience in engineering analysis (e.g. electrical, avionics, design, circuit).
  •  Knowledge of spoken and written English at B2/C1 level including technical language.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • Work experience as a DAE (CVE)
  • Experience in engineering work with Boeing aircraft.
  • Ability to plan the budget related to the cost, schedule and technical parameters of the project.
  • Ability to collect, organize, synthesize and analyze data.
  • Ability to work together as a team.

  • Ability to summarize results; develop conclusions and recommendations based on relevant data sources.

Other information:

  • The induction period for the position is stationary for the first 2 months
  • After each training module there is an internal test
  • Work on task-related projects in teams of up to 10 people
  • There are several possible development paths for engineers from narrow to broad specialization
