Tasks
- Your core activities consist of calibration and testing of powertrain control functions on the HiL test bench and in the vehicle
- You work on technical problems in the area of electric or hybrid powertrains with a focus on the further development of their control functions
- You comprehensively understand the logical structure and mutual dependencies of the control functions and their documentation using ETAS Handbook
- You improve the ECU software for vehicle project milestones
- You execute and analyse HiL-testbench or vehicle measurements with diagnostic tools such as INCA or CANoe
- You evaluate and report the test results
- As a senior Engineer you present the project results in project meetings and customer workshops
- You participate on testing events, communicate and collaborate with international development partners
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, mechatronics, informatics or cybernetics
- You have previous working experience with automotive E/E architectures such as control units, communication buses and diagnostic tools
- You possess strong communication, organizational and team skills
- You have high level of self-motivation and pioneering spirit as well as high level of customer focus
- You are flexible and willing to travel abroad or domestic
- You speak English very well; German is considered as great advantage
