As a Dealership Accountant I, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless recording of dealership transactions. From handling new car purchases to processing vendor invoices, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations.
Location: 3700 E Parks Hwy Wasilla, AK 99654
Compensation:$21.00-24.00 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Submission of Service Contracts
- Submission of Warranty Contracts
- Recording of new and used car purchases
- Processing cash receipts and regional check runs
- Management of vendor invoices and FTC reconciliation
- Accounting for manufacturer monies and intercompany accounts
- Additional duties as assigned
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A customer-centric mindset and strong teamwork abilities
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic accounting knowledge and the ability to resolve variances
- High school diploma required; auto industry experience preferred
- Retail sales or customer service experience is a plus
