DART Program – Finance Track

At Lithia & Driveway, we are looking to build high performing leaders who will aid us in achieving our goals to redefine the automotive industry by providing transportation solutions wherever, whenever, and however consumers desire. A career in the automotive industry is not what it used to be – get that stereotypical car dealer image out of your mind! We are looking for data-minded, customer-centric, proactive people who will push our stores to be the best they can be for our customers.

The DART program is designed to give you on the job exposure to various areas of the organization while providing you with supplemental training necessary to accelerate you into a leadership role. DART members complete multiple 4-month rotations within various departments in order to find their best fit within the company.

DART Members within the Finance track support FP&A, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Real Estate, and Investor Relations.
