About the business

We are an industry leading Insurance Services provider based in Brisbane, Australia.

We have been operating since 2009 and service 21 high-profile Insurance brands across Australia.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled Property Claim professional to manage and deliver our Specialist Services product. 

About the role

You will take ownership of a portfolio of property Insurance claims, coordinating the daily operations of those claims across our supplier network. 

Supported by our amazing technical and administration teams, you will engage and build relationships with our clients and supply chain partners to manage the assessment and repair of your claim portfolio.

You will use our industry leading platform to triage requests from our clients and allocate the services to our specialist network. You will monitor the portfolio of service to ensure KPI’s are met, and you will be responsible for the quality and cost assurance of each deliverable.

Main Activities

  • Proactively communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes, and claim progress to all stakeholders
  • Reviewing workflows and ensuring prioritisation of tasks
  • Using your technical experience to thoroughly investigate and manage claims to ensure that appropriate process and governance is met
  • Arranging builder and specialist assessments on property claims
  • Reviewing builder reports, quotes, and Statement Of Work (SOW) submissions
  • Monitoring supplier KPIs
  • Ensuring quality service delivery 
  • Updating internal and external systems 
  • Handling escalated calls and complaints

  • Applicants with insurance assessing and/or insurance repair/restoration backgrounds, a Builders License or other Building Qualifications will be highly regarded.
