This position requires the ability to work very collaboratively, provide assistance, and demonstrate comprehension. The person will need to manage relationships in interdisciplinary and multinational environments. An excellent approach to customer requirements is essential.
Your Role
• Engage closely with Engineering, Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE)/Advanced Quality Engineers (AQE), and Category Teams to ensure implementation of change requests from Suppliers (Suppliers Suggestion Change Request Process)
• Coordinate details of Supplier changes inside Aptiv Organization or rejecting Supplier change request to ensure sufficient data from Suppliers
• Monitoring of Customer releases (OEM) with proposed changes
• Participate and coordinate in existing Supplier changes requests
• Maintain Project database to track the status;
• Initiate Sampling requests to Suppliers to perform Fit and Function evaluation in order to obtain AQE approval according to AIAG, VDA
• Organize escalation meetings with Suppliers and Central Purchasing Team for suppliers not respecting Change Process (SSCR)
Your Background

Experience of min 3 years of Supplier Quality, Advanced Quality, Process Quality, or change management Area in the Automotive Industry

Knowledge of manufacturing, quality, and engineering processes

Knowledge of Customer Specific requirements and Automotive Standards

Fluent English

Effective communication skills to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams

As a plus - knowledge regarding Market Intelligence & Data Analysis and a comprehension of the impact of Sustainability

Knowledge of MS Excel at an intermediate level: conditional formatting, analyzing data in pivot tables, sorting, filtering, charts

Preferred knowledge of other analysis tools: e.g. Power BI
