An exciting opportunity has become available to join Boeing Poland sp.z o.o. as Senior AvionX Software Engineer – DevOps.

Position overview:

Boeing Poland Software Engineering develops and produces avionics and electronics systems designed for use on aircraft and other platforms for purposes such as navigation, flight controls, information systems, and other core avionics functions. Position responsibilities

  • Driving the enablement and adoption of Cloud Development ecosystem and developing solutions on the AWS platform using IaaC and CaaC tools.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Hands on experience on AWS: EC2, EKS (Kubernetes), ECR, VPC, S3, EBS, Route53, IAM, KMS, Lambda, CloudWatch.
  • Good knowledge of configuration and infrastructure management tools such as  Terraform, Ansible, Salt
  • English proficiency

Preferred qualifications

  • Proficiency in at least one high-level modern programming language
  • Familiarity with Build tools (Bazel, CMake, Maven, Bitbake)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Linux environment
  • Demonstrated design and system thinking skills
  • Willingness to learn and work with new technologies
  • Collaborating in international and multi-national projects
