What will your responsibilities be?

  • General communication via email or call about invoice status, payment confirmations, managing the resolution of occured issues in collaboration with all relevant parties and proposing the actions to be taken to avoid the errors in the future.
  • Responsibility for legal cases and credit holds escalated internally by production plants or leadership with focus on timely and high quality resolution
  • Preparing ad hoc analysis of vendor account to identify root cause of an issue and discipline.
  • Supporting plant with special manual payment submission in urgent cases
  • Conducting specific booking activities (non-invoice based), corrective actions and account movements and clearings
  • Communication and resolution of aged unpaid items with Accounts Payable and/or supplier
  • Communication and resolution of debit balance with Accounts Payable and/or supplier

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

  • University degree/Secondary with school-leaving examination in finance area
  • Finance and Business qualification and good accounting knowledge (min. 1-2 years of accounting experience)
  • English – Upper intermediate (B2), fluent (spoken and written)
  • Advanced PC skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio/ARIS, and SharePoint.
  • Willingness to learn, problem solving, decision making, analythical and critical thinking
  • Reliability, attention to detail, punctuality, adherence to deadline, ability to work under time pressure
  • Ability to work under own initiative when required
  • Good communication skills
