Accountant Clerk - AP Scanning & Validation

What will your responsibilities be?
Overall responsibility for initial invoice handling, including
- Validation and quality check of scanned invoices
- Archiving of electronic invoice batches
- Preparing and sending rejection letters to suppliers
- Solving urgent requests from suppliers, production plants and other departments
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
- Secondary education with school-leaving examination
- English language B1/B2
- No prior job experience required, internal promotion possible
- General accounting knowledge
- SAP knowledge and technical skills are advantage
- Team-player, detail-oriented, precise
