What will your responsibilities be?

  • Support with daily accounting operations
  • Support Month end close activities
  • Reaching of established Key performance indicators
  • Preparation of reports related to assigned activities
  • Active communication with internal customers in order to resolve requests effectively
  • Ad-hoc tasks according to requirements of business
  • Preparation and processing of journal entries, cross charges, Manual payment request
  • Accounting for accruals, reversals, error correction, conversions etc.
  • Setting up recurring entries, GR/IR clearings, VAT transactional postings, Payroll postings
  • Perform month end close activities and transactions (PC push, FX revaluation, late entry process, technical support)
  • Complete the close process in line with the group and local timetables
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements and projects
  • Perform balance sheet account reconciliations (ARM)
  • Communication with internal customers in order to resolve issues and ad hoc requests
  • Execution of internal controls, support with internal/external audit requests

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

  • Financial education: Experience in accounting/financial position ideally for at least  2 years but also suitable for fresh graduates with relevant economic education/training
  • English: Intermediate
  • SAP: Basic transactions (advantage, not obligatory)
  • Excel: Intermediate
  • Good Time management skills and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Team player
