Handles change requests, drives process and quality improvements.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Day-to-day administration of technical processes involved in XML file release workflow. • Development and administration of product build (SQL/AWS) databases including maintenance and optimization of production processes. • Coordination between all departments in relation to technical questions, product development and process/project improvements.
