Your challenges?
-
You participate in the development process of high-performance electrical compressors, with a focus on studying and specifying performances, notably Torque/Speed or Pressure/Speed operational map
-
You coordinate closely with electronics, software, mechatronics and motor teams for successful execution
-
You ensure complete coverage of customer requirements throughout the full development process
-
You define system architecture and requirements with clarity
-
You lead system tests to validate system functionalities
Let’s talk about you…
-
You are graduated from a Master’s degree in General Engineering
-
Ideal would be engineering diploma with specialization in electrical/electronics field and/or motor control
-
Ideally you have an experience in R&D, in systems engineering or in automatic control
-
Minimum in terms of tools : proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, especially Excel and Sheets

It's a plus:
-
Basic knowledge in Electronics, Mechatronics and Software
-
Basic knowledge in the electrical motors field
-
Basic knowledge of System engineering methodology (example: SysML methodology)

Experience with project planning and management

Experience in decomposing customer requirements and conducting tests

Basic knowledge of electrical compressors for the automotive industry and thermodynamics

You have a fluent level of English

You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
