System Requirements Manager

  • Drives overall requirements management activities (Stakeholder, Sys, SW, EE, ME, FuSa, Testing).

  • Defines the RMP and aligns how attributes will be handled along with FOs, SW, EE, ME and Test requirements.

  • Defines Requirements life cycle status (RMP)

  • Works as interface to internal teams and external stakeholders and suppliers for requirements exchanges

  • Create documents Collection (DTL)

  • Manage and track changes respective to documents version

  • Allocates Stakeholder requirements for analysis (starting from DTL Allocation) to the System team (customer functions (Under Function Lead responsibility) and product supporting function (under Product System Engineer responsibility)

  • Contributes to and maintains Document Tracking List [DTL], Requirements Management Plan [RMP], Stakeholder requirements Specification [StRS]. Requirements Traceability KPI’s on all levels of engineering.

  • Supervises traceability between stakeholder, system and metier requirements (not responsible for creating traceability links)

  • Coordinates review of the system (element) requirements with other members of the team (e.g. Function Lead, Function Owners FOs, System Architect, System Tester, Sw, HW, etc..)

  • Create traceability reports and metrics [End to End traceability]

  • Reports overall (Stakeholder, System , Software, Mechanical, Electrical) requirements metrics

  • Reacts on SIQ requests related to requirement management and to participate to SIQ meetings
