Manage supply chain activities to support P1/P10 new products~
Define Supply Chain concepts & make quotation; Define detailed Supply Chain solutions;
Initiate, define and lead logistics FMEA & Information System;
Initiate VRF (Valeo Requirement File) for Supply Chain requirements (PUMA Portal); & validate suppliers logistic protocols; Define and qualify Finished Goods & Work In Process packaging; Qualify supplier packaging; Define, validate and qualify Transportation Logistics Service Providers protocols; Define and qualify Supply Chain process equipment & Internal flows; Define, validate and qualify Supply Chain master data & Information System;
Support on Continuous improvement Supply Chain process.
Follow & reach Project milestones (pre-serial deliveries, FDPR, ramp-up…);
Use Supply Chain checklist template to manage day to day activity and monthly review progress with Project Manager;
Is responsible for project logistics issues until phase 4b (6 months after SOP);
Attend Project meetings and lead PM assignments;
Participate in the line/industrial transfer, P0 projects and engineering changes (ECR/ECO)~ Implement all supply chain activities for products managed by line transfer project teams; Lead supply chain to support P0 projects.
Implement and promote the supply chain standards; train & coach both internal and external project contributors~ Train suppliers on Valeo standards and specifications and promote their usage; Support supply chain activities to implement and promote the standards (Suppliers Logistics Guidelines, Packaging & Labeling standards, VRO standards, Quality Labeling Good Practices recommendations, Transportation & Logistics Providers Protocols, EDI/Web EDI…); Initiate, update and lead the Logistics FMEA for new projects (action plan definition and reviews); Responsible for the application of safety standards and for adhering to, OHSAS 18001 and IATF.
Avoid any obsolescence due to new product introduction and product phase out~ Make sure to only order material according to new products introduction needs; Validate close orders quantity and supply process; Manage obsolete inventories (RAW, WIP, FING) with Project Manager (physically and in ERP); Keep inventory accurate and under control and highlight for any deviation or obsolescence risks.
