The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Industrial Engineering organization is seeking an Associate (Level 2), Mid-Level (Level 3) or Lead (Level 4) Methods Process Analyst to support the Supply Chain Engineering team located in Everett, WA. A Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate (Level 2), Mid-Level (Level 3) and Lead (Level 4) Analysts.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Performing capacity analysis and recommending an optimal execution strategy based on the supplier resource (labor, machine, and production system) to enable an efficient, effective, and optimized production process.
  • Prepare, assess, and conduct post-activities for a Production Readiness Assessment.
  • Create, develop and utilize data analytics/modeling to enhance decision making and extend this to the external supply base.
  • Conducts analysis of current and future business environment using established guidelines.
  • Develops forecast, acquisition, and utilization plans to optimize resources in support of company initiatives and program business plans under the guidance of experienced analysts.
  • Contributes to the development of labor hour estimates for new or revised production and tooling work packages under the guidance of experienced analysts.
  • Monitors performance to established labor hour estimates.
  • Assists in the identification and implementation of improvements to processes by analyzing current processes and utilizing established improvement methodologies to maximize the efficiency of equipment and personnel and to support company improvement initiatives.
  • Assesses the impact of the changes that occur to cost, schedule, resources, and delivery.
  • Develops modifications to existing plans and obtain approval.
  • Gathers and analyzes shop performance metrics to support a recommend plan of action.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree in a Business, Supply Chain or related discipline.
  • 2+ years in a production environment.
  • Ability to travel 50%-75%.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 2+ years of experience with Lean manufacturing.
  • 2+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in supply chain.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a team environment.
  • Proficient in structured problem solving.
  • Proficient in Visual Basic.
  • Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL).

Typical Education & Experience:

Associate: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Mid-Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Lead: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8years' related work experience, 14years’ related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range Associate: $66,300 - $89,700

Summary pay range Mid-Level: $85,000 - $115,000

Summary pay range Lead: $100,300 - $135,700
