Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage the Upstream PTM team of its perimeter

Define the industrial guidelines for its perimeter (process and tooling standards, equipment specifications and tooling layout)

Assure objectives for tooling deployment and level of compliance within the site

Manage the industrial investments program for its perimeter

Monitor tooling performance and improvement plans
Qualifications:
-
At least Bachelor's degree in Engineering
-
Automotive industrial experience for at least 10 years
-
Good technical knowledge in mold design, stamping tools design, injection process, painting and decoration processes.

Good team management
-
Being in managerial position for at least 3 years
-
Good at both Thai and English communication skills
