We are currently looking for a Site Financial Controller to join our team based in Valeo, San Luis Potosí.
Principal activities:
- Budget analysis and synthesis.
- Monthly results production, approval, analysis and comments.
- Long term financial forecasts, in order to control the division "direction" and take, if necessary, corrective actions.
- Approval, statement and payment of taxes, according to the company's fiscal optimization.
- To supervise the Information Technology department functions, and decision taking in the same matter (needs, resources, priorities, etc.).
- Relationships, interventions, studies and analysis, depending on the organization or third parties needs.
- Responsible of the Environment Management System, establishing the plant general compromises validates the accomplishment of objectives, goals and programs.
- Proposes the necessary resources for the objectives accomplishment and goal.
- Detects non conformance in the system proposes corrective and preventive actions; selects and coordinates the information required for interested parts.
Requirements:
- More than 4 years experience in same or related position, in an manufacturing/automotive sector (Plant Controller, Industrial Financial Controller, etc)
- Knowledge with standard costing, budget management, SAP (Finance), P&L management, inventory revisions, variance analysis, external and internal audits.
- Person with good leadership and communication skills, with ability to build effective teams. Transparency and trust is highly appreciated.
- Advanced English language skills.
