Job Summary:
In Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) we integrate, verify, and validate our products. We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. To accomplish this we develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test environments, and work hand-in-hand with our customers.
Our team is searching for a Senior Systems Test Engineer at our State College, Pennsylvania location to work in a collaborative, interactive development environment, supporting one of our programs.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Perform integration and testing of new capabilities, and regression testing
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of analytic capabilities across multiple intelligence sources, as well as knowledge of mission domains and use cases
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions
- Develop embedded training and self-help materials/videos
- Develop sensemaking mission highlights
- Travel to support program execution. Travel not expected to exceed 10%
- Ability to obtain and maintain SCI or any additional program access as required
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of five (5) years of prior systems engineering lifecycle experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
- Experience supporting system integration and test events for a software-based system, including regression testing, and the testing of new capabilities.
- Experience with developing embedded training material and self-help material
- Experience conducting in-person and virtual training sessions
- Experience in developing sensemaking mission highlights
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the software development lifecycle
- Experience with complex analytics focusing on increased application of AI/ML techniques and advancing predictive capabilities
- Experience in applying streaming analytics to near real-time streaming data to solve complex intelligence problems
- Familiarity with TechSmith CAMTASIA
