Tasks
- You communicate daily with our Tech Leads, Product Owners, Users and Developers to ensure that information is handed over transparently and development goals are defined correctly
- You seek the opportunities to implement new use cases supporting the long-term vision of the project
- You actively participate in improving features quickly and to shape abstract requests to tasks for our developers, prioritize them and evaluate different technical solutions with the senior engineers
- You contribute to and shape our development community within Porsche Engineering
- You contribute with your coding skills to the development of our final product
- You mentor and guide junior colleagues
Qualifications
- You have proven experience as a senior developer and product owner at least 2 years with focus on any OOP language, such as Java, C++ or Kotlin
- You have previous professional experience with Github - CI workflows and Java - Maven packages
- You possess very strong communication skills with proficient English at a C1 level
- You understand the agile methodologies, such as SCRUM, SAFe and DevOps methodologies
- You are a team player with initiative and proactive approach
