Tasks
- Customizing abilities in Payroll/ Time Management/ Master Data/ Organizational Management (OM/PA)/ Business Travel Management;
- SAP Support Packages Update and notes implementation;
- Functional tasks like maintaining of calculation rules, schemas, features, forms (as part of ticket resolution);
- Development of concepts, implementation, performance of functional tests, documentation and troubleshooting;
- Implementation of Change Requests to SAP HCM module in cooperation with business departments;
- Transport management of changes from testing environment to quality and production system;
- Spools and reports analysis;
- Supporting ABAP developers.
Qualifications
- Ideally educated to Bachelor's or Master’s Degree level or equivalent;
- 5+ years’ experience on Customizing Payroll/ Time Management/ Master Data/ Organizational Management (OM/PA)/ Business Travel Management;
- Proven success in contributing within a team environment;
- Excellent communication in English (written and oral); German Language (highly recommended);
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Must haves:
- SAP HCM Payroll and Time (PY/PT) Customizing and Functional Knowledge.
Nice-to-haves:
- SAP HCM Organizational Management / Personnel Administration (OM/PA).
