Function Description
As a member of the P&WC Leasing organization the role of “Dependability & India Team Market Analyst”, will be responsible of managing in-service product performance and all related dependability processes, the relationship with the India-based dependability management team and own the associated performance indexes (KPIs). The role will also require the candidate to act as a market analyst for a specific market segment, ensure integrity of P&WCL Rental / Sales Process & Data Accuracy in collaboration with counterparts the account manager & Rental specialists. The candidates will need to ensure they have the proper understanding of contractual rights and obligations for rental and sales contracts and apply as required.
Level of Responsibility:
A leader in the global aerospace industry, Pratt & Whitney Canada Leasing, has the largest pool of the P&W rental engines and APUs available in the industry. This pool of assets is deployed strategically throughout the global network to ensure efficient and reliable on time delivery to our customers anywhere in the world. We provide rentals as well as used and new engines sales solutions to the operators in all 5 major market segments: Business Aviation, General Aviation, Regional Airlines, Helicopters operators and Auxiliary Power Units.
This pool of assets serves as the largest inventory of used engine sales and exchanges to the customers. Furthermore, P&WCL is the designated organization to provide new engines spares and exchanges through its popular Fleet Enhancement Program (FEP) as well as freshly overhaul engines sales through the SMART program.
Specific responsibilities of position:
- Lead Product Dependability activities for the P&WCL Leasing organization
- Align organizations with a vertical view of the market – Cross Value Stream
- Subject matter expert for the Product Dependability processes and KPIs
- Actively participate in Market Cell discussions and analysis
- Build and maintain working relationship within P&WC Network (Internal Shops and suppliers
- Ensure P&WCL System updates and accuracy.
- Rental & Sales Contract obligation management
- Perform deep depth cost Analysis.
- Develops and contributes to the maintenance cost reduction initiatives.
- Identify opportunities of value stream and continuous improvement & Lead strategic projects in collaboration with P&WC Leasing team and internal & external stake holders
- Lead various operational and analytical l projects.
- Draft contractual requirements with suppliers such as purchasing orders in operational systems.
- Understanding and tracking of customer engines maintenance events as they progress through shops and ensure proper actions are taken.
- Comprehensive understanding of inventory levels and requirements for assigned models and establish exhaustive action plans.
- Participate in weekly operational and financial reviews & other various strategic discussions.
- Develop and establish required reporting for value added report outs.
- Manage process mapping to support in P&WC Leasing continuous improvement activities related to customer experience & operational efficiencies.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor's degree with 2 to 5 years’ experience
- Bilingual (French and English) with strong written, verbal communication & Presentation skills
- Experience in Project Management
- Able to work under uncertain environments.
- Expert in using MS Project, MS Office Suite and CRM tools like SAP.
- Experience in Power BI and VISIO tools.
