For a newly constituted Valeo POWER Division we are looking for a R&D PRODUCT TECHNICAL LEADER, key project team member, responsible for development of electronic control units for electrical air conditioning compressors.
YOUR CHALLENGES?

Leading RnD team assigned to project (HW, SW, Mechatronics, System engineer, Motor Control Engineer, Functional Safety, Validations team)

Responsibility for robust design, respecting the customer specification and internal project´s business and timing targets

Preparation for design reviews and assessments on entrusted projects (technical reviews, ASPICE…)

Respecting internal development processes, responsibility for project documentation
-
RnD interface to the customer, presenting the R&D results to the customer and to the internal management
-
Reporting to the project manager and to the R&D manager, escalation if necessary
LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU...

High level of knowledge of HW (power electronics, sensors and uC applications; EMC)

Understanding of mechanical and environmental aspects of electronic design

Understanding SW and motor control development process and associated SW tools
-
Experience with R&D development activity for 3+ years

Fluent English Leadership skills
