What does the role look like?

The position is based in Turin and will directly report to the Quality Director and, within his/her role, the candidate will be in charge of managing the activities for Quality System compliance to Standards and Civil / Military Aviation Regulations, interacting directly with internal and external Customers, Authorities and Certification Bodies.

What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?

The resource will manage the Quality System documentation, including Manuals, Procedures, Instructions, Forms, needed to demonstrate compliance to Corporate, Standards and Regulatory requirements.

He/She will even manage System Audit activity, both internal and other party, interacting with Corporate, Civil/Military Authorities and Certification Bodies.

He/She will support the activities of all Departments to define processes able to guarantee both compliance and effectiveness.

He/She will coordinate the Company Corrective Action system to support effective and timely action closure when audit nonconformities are detected.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Engineering degree
  • Microsoft Office Tools capability
  • Capability to work autonomously and to coordinate interfunctional Teams as needed
  • Proven experience in Aeronautical Companies for at least 5 years
  • Good Knowledge of EN/AS 9100;
  • Auditor qualification and experience
  • Knowledge of EASA Part 21 – Part 145 and related activities (DO-PO Arrangement, SADD), experience with Airworthiness Authorities relationship (ENAC, EASA, FAA, TCCA, CAAC).
  • Fluent in Italian and English
