We are looking for a Program Support Manager to join the MTTES Team. The Program Support Manager role is a key position within the MTTES program, responsible for the day-to-day delivery of engineering, maintenance, supply and operations support.

The role:
- Manage the provision of engineering, maintenance, supply and operations support services for the MTTES program
- Report on MTTES support services performance according to the customers’ key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policy and procedures for the delivery of support services
The person:
- Minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, particularly in roles involving maintenance and support of complex technical equipment and training services delivery to Defence.
- Proven understanding of military systems and proven ability to work both as an individual and as a member of a team.
- Strongly developed interpersonal skills and able to influence stakeholders at al levels
- Demonstrated experience with electronic warfare systems is desirable.
