Productivity Purchasing Manager

  • Manages productivity purchasing team, ensures staff availability and grow the competence within the Group

  • Purchasing organization (BG, PG, Region, Commodity)

  • Proposes & validate Purchasing Budget for all levers with his SPM as set in MTP and Group Purchasing

  • Guidelines.

  • Leads technical/re-sourcing materials productivities and in front of the site MSC on his perimeter.

  • Leverage the segment organization and strategy to support the site negotiation objectives.

  • Anticipate with project purchasing organisation identification of P/N subject to BL and support supplier negotiation when needed.

  • Warrants implementation of materials WW PG/PL standards in the site (s)and ensures sites specific requirements and current supplier panel performance are covered in Valeo Preferred Supplier Panel Policy and MTP Segment Strategy

  • Ensure strict follow up and compliance of supplier operational data (pricing, charge back, litigations) including Purchasing Index reporting requirements (PMR, Hana, Recurrence of BL...)

  • Pilot supplier relationship role as KAP, when not covered by Group Commodity

  • Reduce site exposure to supplier base risk and escalate any relevant risk at apropriate level

  • Ensure coverage of logistics protocols for all bought out parts

  • Supports the application and the progress of the SI axis within the site (internal referentials, certifications, procedures, purchasing tools) and Group Compliance Requirements (Anti-Bribery, Anti-Trust)

  • Supports SPM for the introduction of newcomers and coaching of less experienced productivity buyers.

  • First interface in front of supplier crisis (quality, delivery, commercial)

  • Supports periodical report preparations, analysis, creation and follow up of related action plans

  • Participates in 3rd party audits, visits and related activities when needed

  • Deputize SPM when need be in various meetings CODIR, Staff, MPS, SIOP, Site QRQC etc..

The employee must employ its subordinate team members in accordance with the working time rules set out in the Hungarian Code of Labour (compliance with the rules on the scheduling of working and rest time, compliance with the rules on the organization of extraordinary overtime).
