Introduction to the role
Do you have a passion for procurement? Look no further, we are seeking a talented Procurement Specialist Part time (28-32h per week) to join our Finance team. As a key player in our produrement process, you will have the opportunity to streamline operations and support our Procurement Manager in negotaiating contracts and driving cost savings.
Job Responsibilities
- Procurement of Goods and Services (issuing Purchase Orders, ensure business continuity, support tender process, Porsche Sourcing Committee)
- Manage supplier relations (sourcing, referencing, NDAs, risk assessment) and maintain Procurement database
- Conduct training on Procurement guidelines and provide support to functional department
- Support the Procurement Manager in creating savings reports and project planning
Qualifications
Essential Criteria
- Degree in Business Administration or other relevant field of eductaion/training
- > 2-3 years relevant work experience within a Procurement or Finance function. International experience is an advantage.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 and SAP MM
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Proven track record in effective relationship building/management particularly at senior/stakeholder level
- High level of proficiency English
