In additional to these core skills, the successful candidate will be typically seen as a SME in the aircraft seating field, be able to streamline processes for identification of in-service issues and articulate what in-service issues the department is experiencing. There will be a requirement to manage moderately sized projects and/or processes which will require problem solving skills that combat difficult to often complex issues; typically impact multiple departments or specialties. Responsibilities including coaching junior staff members and delegating project tasks to the correct resources.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide recommendations/initial analysis during preliminary reviews on seating in-service issues.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.
