Principal Customer Success Manager: The world's designers, engineers, builders, and creators trust Autodesk to help them design and make a better world for all.

We are looking for Customer Success Managers in our UK & Ireland team to help Autodesk's customers within our Enterprise Programme, gain the benefits of and long-term success from our partnership.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small number of our most valued large Enterprise Accounts. You will work in the United Kingdom either hybrid or remote working depending on your proximity to an Autodesk office.

You will report to the Sr. Manager, Enterprise Customer Success.

Position Overview

You will be the single point of contact within Autodesk’s largest Accounts, as Principal Customer Success manager you will focus upon success in the post-sale cycle. As an Autodesk CSM you will use a combination of account management experience, AEC industry and product knowledge to help Autodesk's customers transform and to realise value and gain competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

  • You will be accountable for post-sale account management and focusing on adoption growth, value and customer sentiment.
  • You will be accountable for the post sale customer success plan and leading strategy with an extended account team (including Sales, Consulting, Product and Strategy)
  • You will utilise your core skillsets in Programme, Value and Change Management to maximise impact and value to your customers
  • You will build meaningful relationships with sponsors within a select group of named accounts (from main users, Digital Leads to CXO)
  • You will create Enterprise Customer Success documentation including: Success Planning, Value Management Plans, Salesforce reports, Quarterly Business Reviews and customer sentiment action planning

Minimum Qualifications

You will have either:

  • a minimum 5+ years in working in customer-facing organisations
  • or 5+ years in Sales or Post Sales roles (Account Manager, Consultant / CSM)
  • You will have experience collaborating within globally, matrixed organisations
  • You have experience delivering or leading large business change or digital transformation programmes
  • You are motivated and integrity focused with empathy for customers and experience delivering successful customer outcomes
  • You are willing to travel (20-30%.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have 5+ years experience in either of the following:
  • Working directly in the AEC Design or Construction Industry (you may be an architect, engineer, strategic digital lead, or lead programmes of transformation)
  • You have worked within a Technology Partner aligned to the AEC market.
