PMO Vehicle Commerce

Job Description

Act as PMO for Vechicle Commerce (Shopping Tools Solution, as V. Shopper – Marketplace & SCD), leading the coordination of the initiatives within the scope and timelines established with Sales, Marketing, Dealer Network, and IT for South America.

  • Be a solution provider, challenging the status quo and proposing efficient solutions.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the governance framework, providing transparency regarding prioritization, program status and decision-making process and driving the delivery effort.
  • Ensure clear communication of goals, budget, risks, and efforts involved to participants in the Program and promptly escalate to Senior Management whenever the Program deliverables are at risk.
  • Collaborate to the development of the Statement of Work (SOW) by assessing project requirements including resources, financial, scope, schedule, and risks.
  • Define and manage project plan and day-to-day operational aspects including resources, scope, budget, margin, communications, risks and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead all key project partners from both customer and the project delivery sides to align the expectations accordingly.
  • Manage and provide support on the standard methodologies to the project team to ensure project execution quality.
  • Provide ideas and stablish effective framework to deliver challenging deadlines
  • Engage with local, regional, and global teams where applicable.
  • Share project management experience with other members of the project manager community.

Additional Job Description

You will interact with IT, marketing and Sales teams at the full cycle of the sales cycle and, in collaboration with the service Solution Architect, create a solution that enable or consumers to do part of the shopping process online with less erosion and in an easy and seamless way. Ecommerce in the auto-industry is a disruptive challenge that requires resilience, understanding of the supply chain and the consumer. Our dealer network is the key and center point of the process, so experience in omni-channel solutions will be a plus.

The selected candidate for this role will be located in our São Caetano Tech Center and will be part remote, part presential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, Engineering or Similar.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Spanish will be a plus.
  • Some knowledge in E-commerce, Operations, and technologies is a plus.
  • Be curious and have an Agile mindset! Have strong interpersonal/ communication skills, ability to communicate with various seniority levels within the organization.
