MLOps Manager:

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of data engineers, data scientists, and MLOps engineers.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting continuous learning and development.
MLOps Pipeline Management:
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end MLOps pipelines to support AI development projects.
- Ensure seamless integration of data processing, model training, deployment, and monitoring within the MLOps pipeline.
Front-end Dashboard Development:
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and front-end developers to create intuitive and effective dashboards for monitoring and visualizing AI model performance.
- Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights to support decision-making for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Technology Stack Management:
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and tools in MLOps, data management, and front-end development.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Implement robust monitoring solutions for AI models and MLOps pipelines.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and implement improvements to enhance performance and scalability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- #EXP[10-20]
- Proven experience in leading MLOps or data engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of AI model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Expertise in data management, including data preprocessing, storage, and governance.
