Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 3) to support the Raw Material Aggregation Systems Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina or Everett, Washington.

The Boeing Company is currently seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated person with strong background in Supply Chain and SAP to join our team and support our Sales Workstream. Candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing, and implementing SAP solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure the smooth operation of our sales workstream.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintains synchronization of the supply chain between international or domestic organizations, customers and suppliers by utilizing Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems to support global markets

  • Analyzes material requirements to determine appropriate attributes to drive accurate demand through the supply chain

  • Establishes order policies

  • Support and manage orders to satisfy demand requirements supporting the supply chain

  • Manage requirements by analyzing available resources to support on time delivery

  • Applies knowledge of processes associated with regulating/distribution of goods through the entire manufacturing cycle to the delivery of finished products

  • Introduces new SCM tools and techniques by working with complex processes and organizational relationships to improve the supply chain

  • Partner with internal Boeing teams and suppliers to ensure business requirements are translated into system functionality

  • Provide system and process expertise to projects and consultation

  • Coach and train users in Systems capabilities

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with supply chain management or materials management

  • 3+ years of experience with supply chain forecasting

  • 1+ years of experience interpreting Bill of Materials

  • 1+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (Systems Applications and Product)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • 3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Typical Education/Experience: 
Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range North Charleston, South Carolina: $102,500 - $108,500

Summary pay range Everett, Washington: $110,000 - $116,000
