Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Procurement Analyst (Level 3) to join our Supply Chain Operations Offload Paint team in Everett, Washington!

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team.  In this role, you will support a variety of business needs including purchase order support, data analysis, preparing reports and presentations, reviewing schedules and supporting and/or implementing projects.  This team supports the Everett Delivery Center, Seattle Delivery Center and Charleston Delivery Center and requires an integration mind set with a focus on quality, delivery and meeting our airline customer expectations. 

Procurement Analysts develop, analyze and maintain processes, tools, information and industry best practices in support of Supplier Management and procurement processes including self-governance or compliance, process performance, measurement and improvement, training and supply-base management, supply chain planning and optimization. They will design, extract, analyze and prepare reports, as well as determine and report compliance to internal/external requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for helping manage the daily activities and deliverables required to ensure the supply chain operations is fully integrated with its respective stakeholders. This is a key role in ensuring our supply chain operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with the overall goals of the organization.

Position Responsibilities:   

  • Measures key performance indicators.

  • Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources.

  • Prepares reports. Reviews procurement/planning systems.

  • Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities.

  • Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation.  

  • Documents and participates in the implementation of lean/quality improvements.

  • Communicates project objectives and activities.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): 

  • 3+ years of experience in Fabrication and/or Program Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Program and/o Fabrication Fulfillment

  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects

  • 3+ years working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):  

  • 3+ years of experience in managing supplier performance

  • 3+ years of experience reporting status to senior and executive leadership

  • 3+ years of experience with data analytics and/or project management processes

  • 1+ years of experience using SAP

  

Typical Education/Experience:  

Typically, 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: (Mid-Level – Level 3) - $106,200-$129,800
