Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Procurement Agent (level 3) to join our Supply Chain Structures – Operations team in Everett, Washington.

The Procurement Agent will provide contracting knowledge, negotiate and carry out all aspects of BCA Supply Chain Contracts in support of production programs. Your primary duties include maintaining relationships with external companies and internal collaborators, and negotiating cost recoveries, engineering changes, and contract extensions. In this role, you will be the primary contact with the supplier(s) and will maintain contracts and statement of work within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures.  

  

This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain.  The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned. 

Position Responsibilities:   

  • Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.  

  • Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.  

  • Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements. 

  • Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.  

  • Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. 

  • Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW).

  • 3+ years of experience in contracts, legal, and/or procurement.

  • 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes. 

  • 3+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product). 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher. 

  • 3+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry. 

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Summary pay range: $79,900 - $108,100
