Tasks
- Processing JIRA tickets and converting or transferring them to the respective order types (creation of free text Purchase requisition, CP release order, contract release order, etc.) incl. checking the respective necessary documents;
- Follow-up of the respective purchase orders in SAP through the releases until the purchase order process is fully processed;
- Tracking and reporting based on the JIRA board of all required requisitions regarding open releases, blocked tickets, lead times and ticket volume;
- Creation and modification of vendor master records in the system (SAP MDG);
- If required, execution of ad hoc and standard reports.
Qualifications
- Extensive practical work experience in SAP regarding procurement processes, as well as a strong understanding of processes;
- Fluent written and spoken German;
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented, proactive approach to work;
- Confident handling of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, SAP ERP (FI/MM/SD) and SAP MDG;
- Awareness of data privacy and data security;
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills;
- High level of personal responsibility, organizational skills and reliability;
- Initiative, structured work and IT affinity as well as a distinct understanding of processes.
