Inventory Control Analyst

We engineer and manufacture a full range of power and signal distribution systems, including the high-speed data and high-power electrical systems needed to build feature-rich, highly automated, electric vehicles.

Position Summary

The Inventory Control Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock records, and enhancing operational efficiency within the supply chain. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Your Role

  • Analyze inventory and implement different actions to reduce inventory levels.
  • Analyze Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory and implement actions to mitigate E&O.
  • Maintain and update the inventory and E&O action tracker.
  • Follow up on Material Review Board (MRB) actions.
  • Ensure material relocation for Intermexico.

Skills

  • Proficient in PC applications such as SAP, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with process flows in PC, engineering, and manufacturing.
  • Strong communication skills: oral, written, and presentation.
  • Computer skills including MS Office applications like Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Team leadership.

Your Background

  • 2 years of experience in same position.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • English 70%
  • Previous experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
