Qualifications - External

  • At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • knowledge in Control plan, PFMEA and SPPC
  • Knowledge of Minitab, data interpretation (CPKs, GRRs) 
  • Management of indicators PPMs, PPBs, SCRAP
  • Knowledge in LPAs audits 
  • Quick response in Process / Customer issues.
  • Generate quality alerts, visual aids and process deviation.
  • Preventive and corrective actions implementation, evaluation, elaboration and monitoring.
  • Containment coordination (Internal and external) and supplier defect reporting.
  • Process improvement implementation
  • Validate engineering changes
  • Teamwork
  • working under pressure
  • Knowledge on BMW, Daimler, Nissan customer portals as plus
  • Engineering Degree required.
  • Bilingual English & Spanish required
  • Willing to learn and to be a strong leader
