Qualifications - External
- At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- knowledge in Control plan, PFMEA and SPPC
- Knowledge of Minitab, data interpretation (CPKs, GRRs)
- Management of indicators PPMs, PPBs, SCRAP
- Knowledge in LPAs audits
- Quick response in Process / Customer issues.
- Generate quality alerts, visual aids and process deviation.
- Preventive and corrective actions implementation, evaluation, elaboration and monitoring.
- Containment coordination (Internal and external) and supplier defect reporting.
- Process improvement implementation
- Validate engineering changes
- Teamwork
- working under pressure
- Knowledge on BMW, Daimler, Nissan customer portals as plus
- Engineering Degree required.
- Bilingual English & Spanish required
- Willing to learn and to be a strong leader
