HR Assistant

Job Position:   HR Assistant

Department: Human Resource

Primary Job Purpose:

  • Manage Benefits – health screening, wellness, welfare, etc.
  • Manage Leave system and administration 
  • Manage Insurance queries/claims and administration, etc.
  • Manage Rewards such as long service award, recognition and other awards
  • Manage HR reports & budget
  • Support HR personnel filing, HR culture program
  • Support in other ad-hoc HR projects

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma, HRM preferred
  • Experience in HR and Manufacturing industry preferred
  • Advanced in MS Excel, proficient in Microsoft office apps
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong communication (English and Chinese), problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
  • Able to work independently in fast-paced environment
