WHAT TO EXPECT

 

This role will be responsible for all digital graphic art/design deliverables. They will contribute and assist the delivery of brand and programme development tools such as planning, assets and overall customer experience to support the promotion and launch of new products and services, brand campaigns and evergreen content as required. 

           

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for the creation, development and execution of a wide range of design projects, creating globally engaging content and promotions across all channels including but not limited to digital, web and print to promote and enhance the brand and our products & services.

  • Builds and sustains brand presence across our channels. Manages and develops perceptions of the brand and/or organization across platforms such as websites and social media to effectively position the brand and/or organization in the public space. May develop promotional content for digital launches.

  • Collaborates with team members to determine concept, brand, creative and copy directions

  • Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. 

  • General Graphic Art/Design work is focused on designing and/or creating interactive and non-interactive graphics and art including:

    • Applying graphic design principles (i.e., layout, imagery, typography, etc.) to communicate themes and messages in interactive and non-interactive communication and marketing materials

    • Using graphics software (e.g., Quark, Illustrator, PageMaker, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.) and/or web-based graphics and design tools (e.g., Flash, FrontPage and Dream Weaver) to design and produce finished graphics/artwork

    • May edit, manipulate and enhance digital images to create desired effects, using computers and specialized software

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

  • Previous Graphic Design Experience

  • Previous experience editing and manipulating digital images to create desired effects

  • Previous experience of working in a Brand Development role or similar in a large company and   background in Marketing in a large company   

  • Experience of developing original campaigns via website, social media and email marketing channels

  • Fluent using Adobe Suite (e.g. Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop etc…) and/or graphic design tools (Flash, Dream Weaver etc…)
