Reporting to the US Network Structure Manager, the Contracts Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the greater Network Development team with drafting, storing, and sending retailer legal agreements and letters.  The Contracts Coordinator must have an outstanding attention to detail as they will draft legal agreements such as: Dealer Agreements / Renewals, Performance Agreements, & Retailer Performance letters for review by the Network Franchising Sr. Specialist, Facility Planners, and Regional Performance Analysts.  Agreements are based on existing templates. Once agreements are fully executed, the Contracts Coordinator will be responsible for securely digitally storing them within the Franchise Information Management System to ensure they can be easily accessed for future reference by the greater Network Development and Legal teams. 

 

The Contracts Coordinator will also own the daily retailer communications process.  The retailer communications process includes reviewing departmental bulletins for accuracy and distributing them along with other information to our retailer partners.  

 

The Contracts Coordinator will also play a role within the franchise Buy/Sell process by assisting the Launch and Database Sr. Specialist with retailer winddown and launch related activities, such as: issuing Retailer Change Notifications, drafting launch forms for Buyers and recording key retailer information within JLRNA databases. 

 

What you will be doing:

  • Drafting legal documents, including: Dealer Agreements, Performance Agreements, Ownership Changes, Entity modifications for review by the greater Network Development team
  • File Management – ensuring files are digitally stored and easily accessible
  • Retailer Communications – compiling, distributing and storing retailer bulletins 
  • Buy/Sell Support - ensuring the retailer termination and activation process is seamless    
  • Perform other duties as required

 

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years related job experience
  • Strong MS Office Skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Paralegal certification preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

 

Schedule:  Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)

 

Recruitment Salary Range:  $60,000 - $77,000

 

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position”.
