Your Role:
- Participating in developing monthly forecasts and annual budgets for the respective business unit.
- Contributing to monthly financial reports and variance evaluations, with a primary focus on functional reporting (Engineering, SG&A, and Manufacturing expenses).
- Oversight of regional Engineering expenditures, as well as monitoring and controlling global cost allocations and recharges.
- Participating in monthly consolidation and evaluation of capital expenditures.
- Suggesting and implementing process enhancements and automation to streamline reporting and assessment.
- Handling special assignments as requested by management, including ad hoc evaluations, reports, and presentations.
- Communicating and presenting complex information to internal stakeholders.
Your Background:
- Experience in the finance departments of large organizations.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, VBA).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Initiative, effective time management, and a curious mindset.
