Job Summary:

The Global Asset Management (GAM) organization is looking for an individual to fill the position of F135 Global Asset Managment (GAM) Program Support Manager. The role is a great opportunity to provide full scope reach back support of the F135 GAM legal entities for the F135 Partner, and FMS countries, as well as the GAM Integrated Product Team (IPT) critical to the F135 program. Operate within the GAM IPT environment to ensure that the IMS schedule is met for all OCONUS Country specific activations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), by working with multiple groups to obtain tasks, durations, logic, work assignees, handoff points and develop recovery plans for late to need task within the IPT
  • Determine cadence of status updates and reporting requirements for the IMS
  • Integrate work between groups by highlighting major milestones, ensuring the logic within the schedule is a true reflection of the work and providing schedule reports to all groups as needed.
  • Coordinate between the GAM IPT, and the F135 GAM IPT business execution units to ensure that all aspects of the value stream are documented with standard work to support GAM operational capability.
  • Serve as coordinator between the GAM IPT capability developers, and the F135 GAM IPT business execution units to ensure that all aspects of the value stream are in place to support a GAM operational capability.
  • The GAM Program Support Manager will also serve as a US based focal point to address GAM capabilities within F135 IPTs
  • Drive the documentation of standard work for GAM implementation at the local level and deployment of standard work for the GAM process to support world-wide distribution of F135 products and services.

The position will require collaboration, strategic thinking, and business innovation. The selected candidate must have the ability to integrate across multiple functional organizations and must be able to communicate effectively.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business operations, accounting/finance, or similar education focus and 8+ years of program, project, or business operations management; or advanced degree and 5+ years’ program or operations management required.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Key understanding of USG contracts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated application of CORE principles/tools.
  • Military Engines program experience.
